HEY, FIVE STAR!!! WE’RE BACK!!
We’ve missed you so much over the last two years! Who knew that the pandemic would last this long?! It’s been quite the challenge for everyone, but we are especially thrilled to SEIZE THE DAY and present Disney’s NEWSIES, JR. in 2022. We hope you are looking forward to our return as much as we are. Our Summer Program

The Five Star Theatre Program is a four-week session held at Reading Memorial High School. Participants will learn and develop theatrical and performance skills by working with artists, teachers, and counselors who are experienced in all aspects of theatre arts. Ages 9-16 are welcome to participate.

Auditions: Tuesday, March 15

Session Dates: June 27 - July 22

Weekdays: 9:00-1:00

Dress Rehearsal: Wednesday, July 20

Performances: Thursday, July 21 & Friday, July 22

Director: William Endslow

Musical Director: Kristin Killian

Choreographer: Nancy Katz Stone

Casting and Tuition

  • Tuition is $750

  • Sibling discounts are available

  • Program acceptance notification will be mailed

  • Non-refundable deposit of $400 is due Friday, April 29, 2022, along with a medical release form.

  • Character casting will be made by the directors after April 29, 2022.

  • Tuition balance of $350 is due on June 27, 2022

COVID Rules and Guidelines

At The Five Star Theatre Company, the safety of our children, staff, parents, volunteers, and patrons is our

highest priority. We have created extensive rules and guidelines to ensure a safe return for all. It is important

to us that everyone feels comfortable attending our program. We will continue monitoring guidelines and

recommendations from the Center for Disease Control. This plan will be continually updated as more

information is obtained to create a plan that reflects the best current practices.
